Access Learning Academy was started in 2026 by Serena Biddulph with the goal of offering Arizona students options for in-person and virtual learning opportunities to fit their needs.
Serena Biddulph is a teacher with 28 years of experience teaching students in grades 6 -12 across four states in both small communities and large cities. Her diverse experiences have honed her craft, helping her develop strong connections with her students and deliver clear, effective instruction. She has received recognition for excellence in education, including the Alpine Accent on Excellence Award from Alpine School District and Mentor Teacher of the Year from Utah Valley University. Her passionate belief is that every student can succeed.
